1. What is the minimum order quantity?
  A 20ft container 

2. What is the production and delivery time?
  Production time is from 10 to 15 days. Depending on the quantity and model.

3. Can I order a sample ?
  First of all , we will recommend that you to buy a sample from our agent in your local city. If there are no agents in your local city , we will send a sample to you by DHL, but you must pay the sample and DHL fee.
 
4. Can we use our own shipping agent ?
  Yes, you can.

5. Can we mix the 20ft container ?
  Yes, you can mix it , you can mix 2 models in a 20ft container and you can mix 3 model in a 40FT or 40HQ container.

6. Can we use our own logo or design for sticker ?
  Yes, you can. We welcome OEM. Please send email to taotaosales@gmail.com for more details. 

7. How often do you develop new models?
  We regularly develop 1 new model per month.

8. What is a VIN ?
  We have a VIN for all of our products. It 's a Vehicle Identification Number stamped on the frame. Australian clients can nominate the VIN numbers. For other countries, we will make the VIN according to our company rules. VIN is provided free of charge for all of our clients.
 
9. If I want to visit your factory, which is the nearest international airport and domestic airport ?
  Shanghai is the nearest international airport. Yiwu is the nearest domestic air port.

10. Do you have EEC products?
  Our 110cc,250cc ATV's are EEC compliant, but we haven't an EEC dirt bike yet. We are applying for EEC of dirt bikes now.

11. Do you have CE?
  All of our products have CE.
